Dr Frank Beard is Associate Director at the National Centre for Immunisation Research and Surveillance, where he heads up the vaccine coverage, program evaluation, vaccine preventable disease surveillance and social science teams, and Senior Lecturer at The University of Sydney School of Public Health
Dr Beard is a public health physician with extensive experience in immunisation and vaccine preventable diseases. He was closely involved in the development of the Sharing Knowledge About Immunisation package of resources to facilitate conversations about childhood immunisation between parents and healthcare providers. Prior to undertaking his public health medicine specialist training, he worked for 15 years as a GP in Sydney.
Dr Manny Mangat is a highly regarded fertility specialist who treats women throughout their reproductive lives including preconception, fertility issues, fertility preservation, hormone replacement for premature ovarian insufficiency and menopause. Her other major areas of interest are andrology and male factor infertility including microsurgical sperm retrieval. Dr Mangat has a proactive, thorough and holistic approach to patient care.
Dr Lemberg is a paediatric gastroenterologist with 15 years of experience in the management of children with gastrointestinal diseases. He was appointed Head of Paediatric Gastroenterology at Sydney Children’s Hospital in 2009 and is also Director of the Children’s Inflammatory Bowel Diseases Clinic (IBD) at The Sydney Children’s Hospital. He has clinical research interests in IBD, Probiotics, Gut Bacteria, Coeliac disease and Eosinophilic Oesophagitis (EoE)/Gut allergy and has published more than 100 peer reviewed publications and book chapters.
Dr Eslick is a Staff Specialist Haematologist at Canberra Hospital and has consulting rooms at National Capital Private Hospital. She has a special interest in haematological disorders affecting women’s health and is an accredited obstetric physician. She has a passion for medical education and is the Network Director of Physician Education for Canberra Health Services, and the Vice Chair of the Early Career Committee of the International Society on Thrombosis and Haemostasis.
