GPs play a key role in identifying allergic symptoms and assessing when to refer infants with suspected cow’s milk protein allergy (CMPA). In this presentation, Kathy Beck will discuss how to choose the most appropriate formula based on the severity of symptoms and type of allergy, the reintroduction of dairy using the 6-step milk ladder, and when to refer to a paediatric dietitian to monitor maternal diet exclusion.
